Fact Finding
Your estate planner will provide Solidus Independent Estate Planning Ltd with an 'Overview' form of your assets and liabilities, which will be analysed by their expert team and a recommendation made to fully protect you and your family.
Presentation
A further meeting will take place with your estate planner who will guide you through the recommendations and will explain how the Assisted Estate Planning Strategy will protect you and your family now and for many generations.
Implementation
To proceed with the recommendations, your estate planner will arrange to take payment on behalf of Solidus Independent Estate Planning Ltd and will then complete the necessary paperwork. Documents will be drafted for you to check before originals are produced for signature, witnessing, execution and storage.
Reviews
As circumstances can change, we recommend that annual reviews are conducted to ensure that the planning you have put in place is still relevant and appropriate.
