Your Estate Planning Process

1. Initial Chat & Short Fact Find

A quick, friendly conversation to understand your goals.
You’ll complete a short fact-find so we can prepare properly and make the most of your time.

2. Discovery Meeting

A relaxed, no-pressure discussion about what you want to protect — and for whom.
We explain your options in plain English and make sure our planning approach aligns with what you’re looking to achieve.

3. Suitability Letter

You receive a personalised written summary of your best options.
This outlines your recommended structure (Wills, Trusts, LPAs), any tax considerations and a clear, transparent fee breakdown.

4. Application Meeting

If you're happy to proceed, we confirm the work, complete any required forms and begin preparing your documents.
Everything is checked by our legal team before drafts are issued.

5. Draft Paperwork Meeting

We walk you through your draft Wills and Trusts, ensuring the details reflect your intentions.
Any amendments are handled professionally and promptly.

6. Signing Meeting

We meet to review, finalise, and supervise the signing of your documents.
You leave with a fully signed, legally robust estate plan — organised and ready for your records.

What to Expect from Your Discovery Meeting

Your first step toward clarity, control, and a well-structured estate plan.

The Discovery Meeting is a focused discussion centred on your family, your priorities, and the outcomes you want to secure. It allows us to understand your position and outline the most effective planning strategies for your circumstances.

What We’ll Cover

A clear, structured conversation, including:

  • Your objectives — what you want to protect and why

  • Your current situation — key family and financial details

  • Your concerns — tax, care fees, remarriage, or vulnerable beneficiaries

  • Initial observations — early insights on strengthening and protecting your estate

How We Work

Our approach is direct, transparent and reassuring.
No jargon. No pressure.
Just clear guidance to help you make confident, informed decisions.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the meeting, you will have:

  • A clear understanding of the planning options available

  • Early recommendations tailored to your goals

  • A transparent outline of next steps and associated costs

No preparation is required — simply bring your questions.
